Your role

As a business development manager, you will need to have experience within the BPO industry and be able to deal with all level stakeholders internall and externally. This role will be targeted to generate and close new business opportunities either through B2B or B2C in the UK, Poland, Philippines and Hungary. You will also be liaising with the different site directors to develop a strategic plan in each location to identify gaps and fulfil specific requirements.
