Our client is a fast-growing company looking for a dynamic and driven Ecommerce Sales Administrator. The position is available due to growth in the team and the role is based in a brand-new facility in Milton Keynes.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supporting the sales activity and reselling through ecommerce
* Identifying products and researching the products to gauge true market value
* Understanding a variety of IT hardware, what it does and looking into the type of people or business that use them.
* Customer service-related administration tasks
* List items for sales on eBay on the website, ensuring have correct specification information for each product.
* Assist with the shipping to ensure products are delivered and picked up on time.
* Support the direct sales team, sales order processing
Candidate Specification:
* 2-3 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer service.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft tools and systems or Microsoft Dynamics
* Some technical/IT knowledge preferred.
* Background in marketing or design skills preferred.
* Customer focussed
