eCommerce Account Manager – DIY & Home Improvement Products

Candidate Location: Reading, London, Watford, Milton Keynes, Chelmsford, Oxford

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 basic + 18% bonus, company car, pension, private healthcare

Purpose of the Role:

Working closely with a supportive and innovative sales & marketing team you will have responsibility for growing sales across an established portfolio of independent e-tailers currently generating in the region of £4million across the UK.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships at multiple levels within accounts, from category manager through to MD level in person, (when safe to do so), and remotely
Use sales data to identify opportunities for growth
Introduce new product lines
Ensure that margin is at least maintained
Provide customer support with SEO & PPC
Collaboration with team members and customers to improve digital advertising
Develop new viable trading accounts

For the position of eCommerce Account Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Sales management of e-tailer accounts or ran own eCommerce retail business is essential
Proven track record of delivering profitable growth
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Initiative and able to work independently
A good eye for detail
Must be well presented, ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
