The Role: Assistant Display Site Sales Manager

We are looking for someone who thrives on working in a customer driven environment to be part of our sales team based at The Greenhouse People Milton Keynes, Dobbies Garden World, Belvedere Lane, Watling Street, Fenny Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK17 9JH – one of our 39 UK display sites

To be successful in the role you will:

* take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience

* be known for your effective customer service and sales skills

* demonstrate excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with a range of stakeholders – face-to-face, on the telephone and via email

* use IT systems with confidence – we will, of course, train you to use ours

* have a good standard of spoken and written English, to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and colleagues

* take pride in the display site by ensuring that the buildings are well maintained and look their best

* an annual salary of at least £28 000, consisting of a basic salary of £20831 (increasing to £22205 on 1st January 2022), uncapped commission – typically a minimum of £5000 per annum, and a non-contractual profit and performance related bonus – approximately £1000 per annum
