Direct Sales Representative
Genuine opportunity for experienced sales individuals to join an expanding and successful company and become a valued team member. We are looking to hire these individuals anywhere within the UK.
We are looking for highly motivated, target driven people who, ideally, are already experienced Direct Sales individuals or very recently have been. This requires visiting potential customers in their own homes to explain, in detail, the products that we sell, the features and benefits or each product and how they will vastly improve that household. Obviously, owning your own car with a full UK licence (minimum 6 points) is a must
You will have warm leads that will be generated for you, the majority of which will be within the specific counties where you reside but admittedly may require you to cover a wider area if, and when necessary.
Successful salespeople will not only earn generous commissions and achievable targets but the support in which to ensure that you do!

* The role of the successful candidate will be required to be available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (the option to work Saturday is there but not a necessity).
* As the success is primarily down to the individual and, as it always has been in especially in sales, the harder you work and the more you put in then, the greater the rewards.
* Should you be successful then it will not be the case of us asking you to work more, you will already be doing it yourself.
If you do not nor have ever had any experience with “direct selling” then it is ok. The main objective is the ability to sell yourself more than anything else. If you are empathetic, kind, polite, professional and well mannered with excellent communication skills then you will be trained, guided and supported.
However, and this is a must, you really need to have come from a sales background, i.e., cars/ windows & doors, solar panels, utility sales or broadcasting / internet sales.
The products we sell relate to home improvements such as the latest award-winning state-of-the-art insulation. There are various other products equally as good.
We would love to hear from people already in this field and who are / have been successful. You should own a laptop or tablet and a smart phone with a generous data package so you will not be concerned about calling or surfing. Obviously, you should be entitled to work in the UK and have a full (preferably clean but up to 6 points maximum) driving licence.
We will then build you up to 15 leads per week to which we will expect a closing ration of 1 -3 which really should not be too much trouble.
You need to be presentable, friendly and empathetic to potential customers and be able to fully explain the reasons as to why they have escalating energy costs and general discomfort within their homes.
The commissions are paid AFTER signed-off installations as you would expect. You will be accepted either as a sole trader or a company with or without VAT, depending on your own personal circumstances or situation.
