A leading international EdTech company at the forefront of digital learning solutions is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their friendly and supportive team! The role offers an excellent salary and benefits package as well as career growth opportunities. The company has a hybrid working pattern with the team spending 2 days per week in the Milton Keynes office.
As Customer Success Specialist you will work as part of a collaborative team to support the day-to-day management of a variety of customers (Institutions/Publishers/Resellers), post-sale, within an assigned book of customers. You will ensure that all customer needs are met to include: account management, revenue retention, or customer content delivery. Key responsibilities entail:
Be the central day-to-day point of communication between customers and the company; communicate and advocate customer needs to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate resources as appropriate to meet customer's needs; work productively across functions with all internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Product.
Evaluate and monitor the overall health and happiness of customers, and share meaningful information and customer insights with internal stakeholders.
Provide customer training on company systems, products, and processes.
Provide training on company software features and functionality, plus communication on upcoming releases, features, issues, and downtime.
The ideal Customer Success Specialist will have good account management, customer success, or project management experience, strong communication and presentation skills and a familiarity of working using a CRM. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with good analytical skills, commercial acumen and strong relationship building skills to develop a long lasting and rewarding career with a prestigious publishing organisation working across the Higher Education space. Spanish language skills would be beneficial but by no means essential. It might suit someone from a sales, account management, commercial or similar discipline.
