You'll be working in the sales office for Ideal Bathrooms. Ideal Bathrooms is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and celebrates its 40th year in 2021 as a successful national provider of quality bathroom products partnering with the leading brands, across all products. We pride ourselves on helping our customers succeed and work hard to support Saint Gobain's purpose of Making the World a Better Home.

As a great Customer Service Assistant at Ideal Bathrooms you will always put your customer first, focusing on engaging with customers and adapting your approach to meet their needs. You will be proactive, taking time to understand your customers. You'll also show resilience when things don't go according to plan; being open to new ideas and you're happy to learn.
This is a telephony role, and there are some specific skills we are looking for from suitable candidates;
A good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
Great time management and personal organisational skills
The ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining an eye for detail
Strong IT skills, with the ability to multitask using a range of systems
Excellent numeracy skills
A high level of emotional intelligence, and able to professionally deal with customer queries
Be a team player who enthusiastically engages with customers and colleaguesWhat will I be doing in the role?
Our Customer Service Assistants are really important to our success and are a critical part of our customer's positive experience with us. To help our customers succeed you will;
Support as first level escalation contact for customer queries and complaints
Resolve customer requests via phone, email, or other methods
Ensure communication is maintained with customers to verify required information
Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing a prompt and accurate service
Promote customer loyalty
Advise on company information and procedures
Liaise between departments and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning products or services
Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, building a team relationship
Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with effectively and efficiently, to a mutually beneficial resolution
