You'll be working for Ideal Bathrooms in Milton Keynes. Ideal Bathrooms is one of more than 30 exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Ability to build strong working relationships with customers
Awareness of Ideal Bathroom Products (beneficial)
Effective communication both written and verbal
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a large team
Ability to work well under pressure
Have an excellent phone manner and the ability to adapt how you speak to certain people in varied situationsEnthusiasm and commitment to the role.

Understanding, anticipating and meeting the fundamental needs of both internal and external customers at all times and at all levels of the organization
Show a strong focus to meet customers' needs while also being able to proactively provide creative solutions when necessary.
Ability to put themselves in the shoes of the customer and change their perspective to understand the fundamental needs of others
Strong commitment and having a sense of ownership: personal responsibility for each call, order, return or query taken
Being an active part of change and show enthusiasm for it
Ability to be quick in action and mind when resolving a customer's query or complaint
Be open to take both positive or negative feedback, being open to try new ways of working and collaborating (internally and externally), to create a safe space where each and every one can express themselves to boost team spirit.

Deal with customers and colleagues in a professional manner at all times.
Process sales orders and returns in a timely manner ensuring accuracy by following the set procedures in the sales office.
