The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team Ideal Bathrooms, based in Milton Keynes on a full time basis. The hours for this role will be 8:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday adn OT on Saturday. We are looking for a reliable individual who is energetic, dynamic and personable and can easily build relationships with our customers/colleagues, does this sound like you? Efficiently take/make inbound and outbound calls
Meeting customer service is carried out to a high standard
Contribute to company sales and profit – achieving personal/team targets
Process customer orders through various channels
First point of contact for customer query resolution, returns and ordering
