The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Ideal Bathrooms, based in Milton Keynes. To act as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, cancelations, and other queries. Also to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve enquires. Due to the national growth and development of the Ideal Bathrooms brand. We now have a number of opportunities for Customer Service Assistants to join our established team with our Milton Keynes Head Office. We are looking for confident relationship builders with strong Customer Service experience, whom have the ability to sometimes handle complex telephone enquiries. These additional team members will play a pivotal part of our brands customer service delivery promise.
Hours: 30 hours a week across 4 days
Key Responsibilities
Use phone to reach out to customers and verify required information
Place or cancel orders, arrange credits and replacement products and resolving customer queries
Identify and maximize selling opportunities
Ensure all orders received are entered into theX eres system accurately
Suggest solutions when a problem occurs
Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty
Liaise between departments and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries
Achieve team and individual sales targets as set by the Management Team within the agreed time scale
Liaise on a daily basis with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team relationships existWhat we are looking for in a Customer Service Assistant
Knowledge of the bathroom industry
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Experience of building relationships with customers
Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
Excellent numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient at Microsoft Office (including Excel)
Demonstrates a good level of negotiation skills with internal and external customers
Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and influencing skills
