I am supporting a market leading sales support agency with their search for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Providing B2B support for a range of automotive brands, this role looks after a key client account providing inbound customer service support.
About the Role:
Providing customer service support via email, phone & webchat
Resolving a range of inbound queries from pre sales, complaints & warranty issues
Managing caseload efficiently & accurately
Maintaining accuracy on the customer database
Providing a positive, polite & proactive approach
About you:
Strong IT skills
Experience using CRM system
Customer service background, with good communication skills
Professional & empathetic character
An active listener & keen problem solver
