We are excited to be opening a new state-of-the-art luxury care home, Lace Hill Manor, located in Buckinghamshire. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Relations Manager, also known as a Community Liaison Coordinator, who shares our vision and core values.
You will be an important part of growing and developing our sales & marketing team whilst focusing on the targeted budgeted occupancy as we welcome residents into our brand-new luxury service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with ideally 2 years business development experience. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to be part of developing the future of our new home and be an essential part of our commissioning team.
As an integral part of the care home team you will be the first point of contact to support individuals and families through what can be a difficult and emotional process whilst ensuring the effective generation and processing of enquiries at the home.
Your time will also be spent in the local community, building stakeholder and key referrer relationships to identify promotional opportunities to build links and develop contacts and raise awareness of our new luxury care home.
You will ensure all of Lace Hill Manor’s marketing collateral is available to all and up to date and ensure our online presence is current. You will also be responsible for the PR stories for the home which will showcase the life of our residents, the 5* service we offer and the services unique personality and vibrant culture.

About You
Our ideal Business Development Manager / Community Liaison Co-ordinator will have the following skills and values:
At least two years' experience in a sales environment would be desirable.
Direct experience handling care enquiries and liaising with families with in a care environment would be an advantage.
Experience within a care or hospitality environment desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
An organised and efficient approach.
A self-starter with an ability to motivate self and others.
A caring empathetic nature.
Strong relationship building skills.
A clinical background (nurse, clinical professional) would be an advantage, but not essential
