Contracts Specialist – Clinical Trials
Salary:- £25,000 – £35,000 PA (DOE)
Full-time, Permanent
You will be working from home temporarily, once restrictions are lifted 3 days per week at head office
Our prestigious and award-winning client is looking to recruit a Contracts Specialist to join their successful and growing team.
The primary focus of this role will be to support the generation of client contracts across all services globally
Essential Skills required for the Contracts Specialist position:
* Degree in Legal, Life Science, pharmacy, nursing or relevant discipline
* Previous experience in the drug development industry
* Previous sales, proposals, or budgets experience
* Knowledge of the principles of ICH-GCP would be highly desirable
* Good IT skills – Intermediate understanding of and ability to use MS Office
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational, planning and general management skills
You will be responsible for the following:
Drafting contracts in line with agreed proposals and scope
Review of customer comments of drafted contract documents, ensuring risks are minimised
Review and negotiation of customer contract language
Finalisation of contracts and ensuring all appropriate signatures are obtained
Contract filing and tracking
You will be the point of contact for Operations as changes in scope are identified, amended, reviewed, and approved.
Tracking and reporting of change in scope activity to the Executive Management Team.
