A great Contact Centre Team Leader will be someone who is not afraid to get stuck in, confident in contact centre adherences and able to guide and mentor staff.

There is some specific experience, skills and knowledge we are looking for from suitable candidates:

Previous experience of monitoring call centre activity
Ability to demonstrate a methodical yet flexible approach to team management
Experience of coaching and motivating Customer Service Staff to ensure that the required standard of customer service is achieved
Ability to be proactive in improving the work of the department
Able to work on own initiative and take ownership for completing tasksFlexible packages designed for you
