Commercial Sales Manager
We are looking to recruit several Commercial Sales Managers in various locations throughout the Southeast:
Kent & East Sussex
Hampshire & West Sussex
Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire
Essex & Cambridgeshire
Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire
Middlesex & Surrey
As the Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for delivering the commercial sales strategy for the Park & Control (UK) Ltd business sector. You will act as a Senior contact for Park & Control Ltd with clients, taking responsibility for managing and delivering the overall performance for a number of Car Parks whilst building meaningful relationships with Clients to ensure their needs, as well as the needs of the Public, are being met. As the Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the commercial performance is met and exceeded in line with the expectations of the Park & Control stakeholders.
What you'll do
Be responsible for implementing the commercial sales strategy
Accountable for executing business strategies to deliver growth
Maintaining and improving commercial procedures
Implementation of interventions to deliver sustained performance securing new business
Deliver commercial activity maximising the potential of the Company’s products and services
Responsibility for new business development, negotiations, and commercial contracts
Maximise and protect the revenues and maintain a prudent control over all expenditure
Be responsive to the client’s needs and work to support the delivery of their business plans
What you'll bring
3 years proven multi-disciplinary experience in commercial sales, operational, contract, and project management and management exposure in a client facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at individual, team, and company level and equally comfortable and effective in communicating with staff, managers, directors, and the public
Capable of producing informative reports and effectively communicating orally and in written form
Numerate and literate experience with Microsoft Office tools
Experienced in setting and delivering revenue, cost budgets and KPI performance
Full, clean driving licence
What we’ll offer you
£30,000 plus £4,000 pa car allowance
Opportunity to earn an additional £10,000 pa on taxable bonus/commission
25 days Holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
37.5 hours per week
