Client Service Manager
£19,000 – £20,000
Milton Keynes

We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven, personable and dedicated Client Service Manager to join an established business services organisation based in Milton Keynes. With a starting salary of £19,000, increasing to £20,000 after the initial six months. 

The Client Service Manager will be the primary point of contact providing operational support to the client. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring all targets and SLA’s are met. This role requires the individual to build strong relationships with the client, offering support and training.

As Client Service Manager you will be:

A primary point of contact for all operational support
Responsible for fulfilment and ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are met
Developing and maintaining client relationships with hiring managers and contract managers
Producing comprehensive management information
Delivering formal presentations to the client contract manager
Undertaking client-facing business reviews
Preparing ad-hoc reports as requested
Delivering the business strategy to clients
Identifying additional opportunities
Working alongside the Business Manager to develop additional areas of spend This is a multi-faceted role that requires a dynamic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills. You will be highly organised, have an exceptional eye for detail and be comfortable presenting internally and externally.

Business/management degree preferred but not essential.

Salary:

After 6 months your salary will increase to £20,000 with a further increase at 1 Year (to £21,000) and a further increase at 2 Years (to £22,000) You will also earn between £2,000-£3,000 on top in KPI each year.
