Client Relationship Manager, Professional Services, UK Based role. £36,000 Basic Salary, £70,000 OTE uncapped. This is a fascinating business development-oriented role with a leading provider of corporate finance and credit solutions. The role is to sell the concept of offering credit facilities to manufacturers and distributors and retail and wholesaler merchants. Introducing the concept is simple, and a 'no-brainer' as the credit facility will help manufacturers and their distribution chain to generate more sales. The skill in the role is to develop relationships with the management and their sales teams so that your credit facility options become the 'go-to' option.
This is a proactive relationship-building role where most leads are generated by marketing and the telesales teams. The varied credit solutions offer a low cost and powerful solution that is easy to integrate with the merchants, backed by software that has been designed with them in mind.
Previous industry experience is not required, but you must have B2B proactive sales and account management experience. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a CV that is full of accomplishments and details of your achievement against targets. The perfect candidate will be used to pitching conceptual sales at board levels.
To succeed, you will be self-motivated and proactive by nature with experience of working in a proactive sales environment. You will be an achiever that is target-oriented, organised and committed to both customer service and service delivery. Prior knowledge of working with CRM (customer relationship management) software would be a real plus.
