Title: Client Relationship Manager

Package: Up to £37,500 basic + car allowance and realistic £70k OTE uncapped

Location: South East Territory (remote-based)

My client is an ambitious and rapidly growing software organisation who are embarking on a sustained period of growth. In order to facilitate this, they are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join their team and help nurture and develop existing client relationships. You will:

* Have a background in Software, telematics or transport / logistics sector with a stellar track record and a drive and determination to earn exceptionally via service excellence.

* Manage clients on a day-to-day basis.

* Segment your customer base and adopting different strategies depending on the customer type.

* Resolve issues and ensuring the smooth running of your accounts.

* Identify cross and upselling opportunities.

* Strong technical ability – consultative ability to link problems to solutions.

* Collaborate with cross functional internal teams.

* Participate in exhibitions or conferences.

* Be responsible for pipeline management and forecasting.
