Do you have experience in managing client relationships?

Perhaps you understand about retail data.

Our client are a leading provider of data and intelligence to the retail sector who are renowned for data accuracy and innovative technology. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an individual with the drive and ability to build excellent customer relationships.

You will need to understand about Renewal business and Revenue generation. Ideally have worked with Zoho or another CRM solution.

Main purpose of job:

*To develop a positive customer experience and foster relationships to support brand loyalty and to ensure the retention of our existing customers.
*To ensure all customers fully understand the solution deployed and experience excellent service and support throughout the term of their contract ensuring a smooth renewal is achieved.
*be well-versed on the range of solutions offered and be able to offer insight on current solutions deployed whilst actively looking for opportunities and ways to add value to the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities

*Maintain regular telephone contact with customers to ensure brand loyalty and optimise the use of our services.
*Ownership of the renewals process, using information from Zoho and the Finance team to create an accurate renewal quote for the customer. Ensuring these are sent to the correct customer contact in a timely fashion, keeping the Sales team and Senior Management team abreast of any potential issues.
*Work with the Marketing team to devise regular communication plans to engage, add insights and identify upselling opportunities to existing customers.
*Ensure the existing level of ARR of designated accounts is maintained by managing any customer issues or concerns along with identifying new contacts and opportunities for cross and upselling.
