Candidate Resourcing Specialist – Part of our sales pathway, leading to a promotion into a Recruitment Consultant role (Psychological Therapies – Mental Health)

Position Title:                               Candidate Resourcing Specialist– Psychological Therapies
Reporting To:                                Divisional Manager
Location:                                      Kents Hill Business Park, Milton Keynes
Working Hours:                             8.30am – 17:30pm
Terms:                                         Permanent/Full time

What you will do:
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start their career within the recruitment industry as a Candidate Resourcing Specialist. This role will form part of our growing, supportive and friendly recruitment team.

As a Candidate Resourcing Specialist, you will focus on growing the candidate network using both pro-active and reactive resourcing methods. You will share fantastic candidate profiles with the Recruitment Team and deliver a great candidate experience.

The position:

What will I be doing?

Processing website enquiries/applications/registrations within a timely manner, conducting a full pre-screen to confirm they meet the requirements for our recruitment team.
Advertising new vacancies via our advertising portal
Proactively seeking out suitable new candidates to build the database from a range of sources – including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, CV search tools.
Building rapport and relationships with the sales teams, to support them in reactive and proactive capacities.
Supporting candidates through the registration process to make their experience as seamless as possible.

About you:

This is an entry level position, therefore those recruitment experience is not required. However, as a minimum, we would expect you to have:

Great communication skills. You can demonstrate good articulacy and professionalism when canvassing with people.
You can demonstrate empathy and enjoy engaging with people on a day-to-day basis.
Sales and Customer Service experience would be highly desirable
