Business Development Manager, Software Sales

Home & Field Based (National)

£40,000 basic + £20,000 OTE realistic year one + Car

Our client has dominated a global market for over 100 years and have an unrivalled industry reputation. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a skilled and client focussed business development manager to join their impressive team. Whilst training will be provided, in order to be successful in this role you must have a proven track record of selling software solutions into the retail market.

This role will offer you the opportunity to build and develop strong relationships with household brands within the retail sector. You will also have the opportunity to mange established accounts and warm leads in order to create fantastic and long-lasting client relationships.

We are looking for a proven software sales professional who is looking for their next step forward. Perhaps your client facing opportunities are limited at the moment? Or maybe you feel that there is no clear career progression road map in your current role? This role could be perfect for you!

The Ideal Candidate

* Must have a proven track record of selling software solutions into retailers

* A graduate or of graduate calibre

* Will be an excellent communicator capable of managing a lengthy sales pipeline

* A consultative sales person who can adapt to client needs

* Financially driven and career motivated
