Business Development Manager. Retail Software (SaaS) Solutions.
£55,000 Basic Salary, £100,000 OTE (uncapped) + Car Allowance + Exceptional Benefits

This company provide software solutions to the Grocery Retail, Food Service and Food Manufacturing sector. The technology provides consumer transparency, environmental and sustainability insight. This sector is enjoying phenomenal growth globally.

This is a consultative business development role and requires an individual that understands the complexities of developing long-term client relationships. You will be supported by their internal sales team who are responsible for research, lead creation and booking client appointments.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding the Food Supply sector, this could be Grocery Retail, Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Farming or Growers. Selling SaaS and/or a solution is preferred.

Most importantly you will be able demonstrate exceptional sales, relationship management / account management experience having worked on long sales cycles. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic growing business there is huge potential for career progression.

You will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation. The ability to develop relationships at senior levels is essential and this role is ideal for an individual frustrated by a lack of career opportunities.

This role will be home based.
