Business Development Manager – Education – TERM TIME ONLY

The Role: The role of the Business Development Manager is to deliver significant market growth through new business. Working with individual schools and single academy trusts across the 11 – 19 age range, you will engage with key decision makers, usually the Head of Department, to drive qualification and learning services growth within a defined product portfolio. As Business Development Manager you will work across regions, with a large number of customers across a range of subjects and will therefore have responsibility for prioritising their activity and managing the key stakeholders internally to ensure best outcomes. You will work strategically with the Senior Partnership Managers to support subject level discussion with groups of schools and target areas for growth across the region.

Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you must have:

B2B Sales Experience in selling a solution
Field based and willingness to travel (80%)
Full UK driving licence

The Package for Business Development Manager:

Basic: £30,000 – £37,000 (This will be pro-rata as per term time)
Bonus / OTE: 25% of basic salary
Car: £5700 Car Allowance included

Location: This is a remote field based role with requirement to travel around the North West London and South Central England.
