Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, Commission Uncapped OTE £60,000, Car Allowance and Milage Paid. (Work from Office or Home).
Description: We are working with a well-established, trusted commercial cleaning company based in Milton Keynes. Our client is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Cleaning Division.

The ideal Business Development Manager will be target driven, ambitious with a sales career within the cleaning industry and be able to hit the ground running with a proven sales record of winning new business.

Business Development Manager Requirements:

* Good communication skills at all levels – with colleagues and clients via telephone, written and face to face.

* Making your own appointments & conducting site surveys

* Provide professional quotations

* Keeping the database up to date, creating pipelines, and diarizing prospects and clients

* Creating and following up sales opportunities.

* Confident at preparing and presenting tenders.

* Keeping accurate records of KPIs and regularly update the CRM System

* Work well to aggressive sales targets
