Advancing People are recruiting on behalf of an expanding service provider within the Apprenticeship sector who are looking for a proven Business Development Manager.

This is a home based role, located anywhere within England as long as you are willing to travel when required for meetings with the team – this role is predominantly a telephone based role.

To be considered for this business development manager role it is essential you have:

Worked to individual sales targets
Have experience of selling apprenticeships or trainingOur client is keen to arrange interviews swiftly and to appoint a suitable candidate ASAP.

We are looking for a candidate with a background in a similar sales role, within the Apprenticeship, Training or Construction sector, selling either a service or product to businesses.

This varied and enjoyable role is very focused on pro-actively contacting companies over the phone and offering an array of Apprenticeship solutions and training, in a consultative manner.

The aim is to provide tailor-made solutions based on clients needs in order to deliver the very best outcome. Working to realistic targets, our client offers a fantastic working environment with excellent ongoing support and training, with genuine opportunities to progress.

Identifying and managing prospect clients' through to the point of projects going live you will be an excellent relationship builder, driven to offer great solutions for clients, with proven time management and multi-tasking ability!

Out client is offering a basic salary of £25,000 – £28,000 with a genuine £40k OTE which is very achievable and is open-ended, plus benefits, full training and genuine progression.
