The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual with a successful background in new business sales. Self-motivated, mature, ambitious and disciplined.
Candidates that have sold a contractual service or a service of a consultative nature in Document Management, FM, Security, Hygiene, parcel delivery, logistics, stationary, insurance sectors as well successful recruitment consultants have done well in the past or people that have sold into our sectors including solicitors, financial, legal, insurance, hotels and hospitality, membership, (any company with a large customer /membership base)
Senior sales professionals who are accustomed to a lengthy sales process, building long term relationships and selling to senior level clients will thrive in this environment.
The Person
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to display the following skills and attitude:
* Previous experience of selling on the phone or face to face in a consultative way.
* Experience of building a new business pipeline (clean and relevant bought in data is provided)
* Hard working with a resilient work ethic to grow a pipeline that often takes 3 to 6 months to close for larger 3-5 year contracts.
* Understanding on how to construct individual strategies to win large contract and project wins that will meet/exceed targets
* IT literacy skills and the ability to work from home to conduct “teams / zoom” meetings with clients
