We are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be selling a range of balcony-related products to customers within the Construction industry.
Making outgoing sales calls to prospects to develop them into customers, you will identify new leads and follow projects through the sales pipeline. Supporting other sales staff by completing and processing orders, you will utilize our CRM system, monitor monthly targets and work to achieve goals and KPIs.
Additionally, you will share innovative lead generating ideas, respond to all enquiries promptly, book appointments and arrange industry events and arrange for samples to be sent out.
About You
To be considered as a Business Development Manager, you will need:
– Sales or customer service experience, ideally in a construction environment
– A track record of sales success in the Construction market with experience of selling over the phone, estimating, site visits, technical experience, order taking and quote follow up
Working hours will be 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.
