Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Business Development Executive – Healthcare covering the UK for a well-established commercial company.

Salary: £28,000 per annum + discretionary Bonus + Car Allowance
Location: Covering UK, ideally within commutable distance of Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 8:30 – 5:00 Monday – Friday, working in the Milton Keynes office 2-3 days a week initially 

The role…

As the Business Development Executive – Healthcare your role will involve the following important duties:

Building and supporting the Healthcare sector, direct end-user business development and evaluating product development needs.
Utilising a multi-faceted approach to drive and influence emerging business opportunities with end-users and consultants.
Identify, Target, and Develop new customers in the Healthcare sector in accordance with the company strategy.
Search for new, creative markets within the Healthcare sector to expand the current reach and increase emerging business opportunities.
Continually evaluate market trends and needs.
Support Healthcare sector sales by a minimum of 15% per year.
The experience required…

As a successful Business Development Executive – Healthcare, you will have the following:

Strong track record in working with new and existing customers.
Strong business development experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the Healthcare sector, service providers and consultants and physical security industry is preferred. 
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-driven with customer-facing experience. 
Leadership experience.
Ability to manage corporate initiatives and goals. 
Able to attend national and regional trade shows when applicable. 
Must have a UK driving licence.
