Business Development Executive
We are an established Property Finance Brokerage specialising in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Term and Development Finance.
We are building an amazing team and looking for an ambitious Internal BDE to join the team, based at our offices in Gerrards Cross.
This Business Development Executive role requires a proactive, flexible, hardworking approach and positive attitude, if you are innovative, curious, and not afraid of a challenge, we would love to hear from you.
The candidate MUST have previous telephone sales experience.
Experience within the industry is not essential but would be preferred.
Primary Duties include:
* Forging relationships with brokers by making outbound calls and introducing First 4 Bridging whilst generating new business from the relationships made.
* Pro-actively identifying and contacting new prospects by researching organisations and individuals.
* Engaging with prospects to understand their business requirements and identifying new business opportunities.
* Effectively book meetings for Business Development Managers to discuss F4B to maximise sales opportunities, ensuring that the BDM is fully briefed before the initial meeting.
* Being the first port of call for any potential enquiries from brokers that you have spoken to.
* Maintaining effective communication with brokers via telephone and e-mail.
* Ensuring that the internal CRM system is updated with any new accounts, contacts, opportunities and maintaining records accordingly.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Previous experience in forging relationships B2B.
* Positive, driven attitude with the ability to achieve sales targets.
* Natural ability to speak with people and build long term relationships.
* Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information to others.
* Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and competitors is essential.
* Willingness and ability to develop and maintain knowledge of the industry.
* Resilience and a good work ethic.
* Excellent research, planning and organisation skills.
* Be motivated by ambitious targets and do what it takes to hit them.
* Be a true all-rounder – not fazed by new business acquisition or account management and be able to adapt quickly to changes in focus.
This is a full time Monday to Friday office based role
