Business Development Executive
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £24,000 + benefit package worth £1,500 p/a
Contract: Full Time, permanent

Due to growth within the business, we are looking for people looking to start or develop their careers within sales / business development / Account Management in one of the most successful businesses in the Milton Keynes area.
We are currently working a ‘hybrid’ pattern; part of the working week will be based from home, the remainder in our Milton Keynes office.
The Role:
This role combines elements of both business development and account management, placing emphasis on the quality sales appointments provided to the client, and the integrity of the CRM system. In addition, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring your opportunity pipeline is managed efficiently, supporting both new prospects and existing customers.
• Assisting Corporate Level contacts for Toyota and Lexus.
• Target based to meet client remits. You will target corporate fleets (25+ vehicles) working alongside a small team delivering agreed targets consistently and in line with client requirements
This is a busy and varied role. The successful candidate will possess:
• Excellent telephone manner and the ability to get to the root cause of customer’s issues/needs
• Strong IT skills and the ability to manage a database (CRM experience will be beneficial)
• Good sales skills, particularly the ability to identify opportunities, preferably in B2B sales.
• Calm and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in cars / ability to assimilate the brand quickly and effectively
• Maturity and confidence. The successful applicant should be able to build rapport well and instil confidence in both client and prospect.
• Strong organisation and self-starter skills with the ability to effectively self-manage.
