Temp to Perm Opportunity
Our client is a European Neobank with 23 branches across the world. They pride themselves on providing SME’s the opportunity to take card payments through the use of apps and POS terminals. They are currently experiencing a period of scale up and due to their continued success are looking to expand their business development team.
This is a hugely important role for the success of the business, and they are looking for people to join ASAP on a 12 week temp to perm basis.
Responsibilities
* You will be making between 40 – 70 calls a day, from which you are expected to have 20 good conversations that lead to new business opportunities.
* Contact SME’s to discuss the product portfolio and answer any technical queries they may have.
* Open new accounts and assist with the onboarding process for new customers, supporting them with technical queries and enquiries
* Negotiation of contracts
* Follow up on leads generated by the marketing department.
* Consistently update records and contact details on the company's CRM
* Work to daily, weekly and monthly targets.
About you
* At least 1 years’ experience in a telesales, business development-based role
* Basic understanding of sales techniques and how to close a deal
* Experience of working in a targeted environment.
This role is Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week and is paying £10 – £15ph, after the 12 week temp period candidates that have shown success in the role will be taken on a permanent contract and will be eligible for the companies bonus scheme
