As the Business Development Executive, you will take great pride in work and take ownership of hitting agreed targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. The purpose of the role is to increase sales, set appointments, and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive will include but are not limited to:
Winning new business, account retention & growth
Strong relationship, sales and customer service skills
Efficient and effective time management with clear and transparent call records
Associated administration, including new and updated data entry onto company CRM/Back Office system
Achievement of new business sales & profit & growth targets set by the company
Skills and experience required for this role
Professional, target driven, confident, all round sales & business individual
Excellent telephone sales and customer service skills
Proven experience in a similar role
Musty be a solid team player with good people skills and the ability to work in an international group environment
Proficient in written and oral communication skills
Proficient PC skills (MS Office)
Commercially astute with excellent English and Maths analytical capabilities
Key basic attributes of hard work, organisation, planning, focus, determination and resilience are required in abundance to succeed in this exciting role
