About our new Business Development Representative role
We’re expanding our team and would love to add one or two new people who are keen to provide first-class phone-based business development solutions for growing companies that outsource the BD activities to CloudCustom.
You’ll have the following experience and skills to thrive in this new role:

Experienced B2B phone-based business development roles in the past
*
Consistently able to find leads and buyers who are interested in purchasing our client’s product/s or service/s
*
Easily able to learn how to use the latest technology in sourcing data and contacting prospects
*
Create outstanding results for our clients i.e. revenue!
To be successful in our team, you’ll need the following skills and personality:
*
Proven B2B telephone-based business development skills.
*
Excellent attention to detail.
*
Ability to learn things quickly.
*
Cold calling experience ideally – and you enjoy the buzz that cold calling provides and are not swayed by the repeated no's.
*
Love learning new things.
*
Tenacity.
*
You're a great person to have in the team – fun and nice to work with. This is vital as it's a small team of you and the business owner here at CloudCustom so nowhere to hide for either of you!

Thrive in a target and accountability environment.
You’ll be working directly with Stevie Brooks (Founder & CEO), receiving one on one training to enhance your existing B2B business development and relationship building skills. Due to the fact that you will be the first UK hire who is outside of the CEO’s network of friends and family, it is very important that you become part of the team quickly. There will be plenty of opportunities for career progression, especially for the right person.
