TXM Teleconsult UK is a CQC registered healthcare organisation who provide expert teleradiology services to the NHS and private sector.
Due to our team successes, we are now seeking to add a forward-thinking business development executive to support our new business development needs.
This role would suit someone who has previous sales or business development experience and is committed to generating new and long-lasting client relationships.
Working closely with clients our team ethos is to become a ‘reliable colleague’ to all our clients.
We are passionate about client service and seek applicants with the following attributes:

* Working independently and as part of a larger team.
* Ability to work across multiple communication platforms nationally and globally.
* Confident presenter with a professional manner.
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Achieve targets set and manage workloads.
* Telemarketing and liaising daily with clients and prospects via telephone and email.
* Problem solving for clients and creating new revenue streams.
* Attending networking events and activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
* Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
* Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
* Writing business proposals for individual client’s needs.
* Reviewing client feedback and implementing necessary changes.
* Remaining in tune with trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
* Negotiating with clients to secure contracts and pricing.
* Working to a high standard to ensure quality and security.
Knowledge and essential skills:
* Experience working in a business development or sales role is advantageous.
* Ability to generate revenue by identifying client needs and suggesting suitable products or services.
* Great networking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
