Business Development Advisor

Salary: £22K + Uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £30-45k)

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 08:45 until 17:15 and Friday 08:45 until 16:00

Are you tenacious, with a desire to succeed? Do you have proven sales experience within a target driven environment? Are you self-motivated approaching work with a mature, positive sales attitude?

We are seeking a Business Development Advisor to work for a nationally renowned payment solutions giant based in Milton Keynes. The role will involve prospecting potential customers from an internal database to advise on services, book in appointments and manage diaries for field-based Business Development Managers. If you are persuasive and resilient, have first class customer service skills and can demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed targets, then this role is for you.

Skills and Abilities:

Following up on internal and external leads to move them from enquiry to appointment.

Working towards set KPI's including:

APD (Appointments per day), productivity, appointment to sales conversion, revenue generation.

Comply with company policies and FCA regulatory guideline.

General sales admin tasks and competitor analysis.

Professional and confident with the ability to organise, prioritise and manage own workflow.

Outgoing, assertive, motivational, and persuasive.

Resilient and can overcome client rejection.

Can demonstrate influence and empathy.

Likes to be in control of their own earning potential and career progression.
