Business Development Manager/Director – Rail/Civil Infrastructure

The Client:

A global manufacturer of capital equipment with strong patent protection that has grown exponentially in the last few years. Significant expansion in Europe and North America have contributed to their phenomenal growth. They are now looking to capitalise on their success so far with this addition of a senior Business Development professional for their UK operation. Be successful and further progression will be realised.

The Role:

You will be responsible for securing large civil infrastructure/tunnelling projects across the UK with the scope to go further afield. Initially you will play a leading role in designing and implementing the sales strategy for the UK business over the next few years.

On a day-to-day basis, you will have plenty of service/installation support to ensure efficient delivery of projects, allowing you to spend your time leveraging your contacts within infrastructure contractors to create demand. You will be part of a wider global team that is gaining significant traction in this market. You will be given all the freedom and support to ensure your continued success with this business. The Person:

It is likely that you are a senior BD professional with experience of large civil infrastructure projects.

The Rewards:

A basic salary of £75 – 100,000 is on offer with a full benefits package including company car/car allowance and executive benefits. OTE £150 – 200,000.
