Business Development Manager/Director – Hand Sanitiser/Surface Cleaning

The Client:

A worldwide manufacturer that has developed a unique range of products within the cleaning and sanitising sector which have significant competitive advantages against anything else that exists in the UK market today. They are looking to hire a Senior BDM or Business Development Director, a role which will lead to UK Country Manager in the next couple of years.

The Role:

You will design and implement the sales strategy for the UK business for the next five years. Initially, this is a very hands-on role where you will directly impact the growth of the business by developing long-term contractual business with large FM companies, Distributors and End Users. This should be a market that you are familiar with, where you can leverage your existing contacts to create demand and uncover opportunities. As the role grows, you will hire a sales, marketing and support team and take on ultimate responsibility for the UK division.

The Person:

It is likely that you are a senior Business Development professional with a proven track record of success in securing profitable business with large FM companies across the UK. Your success in this role will be limited only by your ability to build long-standing, strategic partnerships.

The Rewards:

A basic salary of £70 – 90,000 is on offer with a full benefits package including company car or car allowance. On target earnings of £150,000 are realistic. Full benefits package.
