Are you a Construction Business Development Coordinator looking for a new challenge in Milton Keynes?
RSR have established an outstanding reputation as a Design Build Construction company operating across the UK and due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our growing Pre-Contract Team.
If you possess a solid working knowledge of the construction industry, business development, marketing and have an interest in growing into a more in-depth role then we would love to speak to you.
Working on alongside our Marketing, Account Managers and Pre-Contract Teams and dealing with the whole range of clients and potential clients this role will both challenge and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. There is an excellent support network around you whilst you get to grips with the job, but we will of course challenge and test your abilities.
The role involves being the initial point of contact for potential new client enquiries and understanding their requirements, whether that be construction, interiors, M&E or small works. Seeing the potential of each enquiry and identifying opportunities for growth, using market intelligence and emerging market trends.
