A brand new Business Development role has arisen in my clients Milton Keynes based Head Office.
This is an exciting role supporting a sales field team across the South of the country. We are looking for an experienced sales professional with the ability to analyse data, utilise social media, generate leads & feed these to the team in the field.
The day-to-day:
Identifying leads using database, research & social media
Prospecting & building relationships with said leads
Managing the CRM system
Building a strong online presence through marketing
Inbound & outbound calls
Calling new & existing accounts to set up meetings
Feeding information to the field sales team
Analyse data
Achieve KPIS
Use all of the above to drive new business
Ideal Experience:
Internal or inside sales experience
Prior experience in business development
Excellent verbal & written skills
Confident to pick up the phone
Understanding of the sales process
Strong social media skills including identifying & generating leads
Competent in using Microsoft Packages & a CRM system
What's on offer:
£25,000 – £30,000 DOE
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
