Brand Development Executive
Location: Milton Keynes / Home-based.
Salary: Up to £23,000 + market leading benefits.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Our Milton Keynes office supports c.100 people across a range of projects, although all staff are currently working remotely due to COVID-19. This new role will represent Hyundai; you will be responsible for building a database of fleet and business customers (contract hire and leasing) and generating leads and enquiries for new business in addition to providing sales support.
You will be working alongside the corporate team at Hyundai, speaking to large businesses about their vehicle fleet preferences with the aim of introducing them to the Hyundai range.
Integral to the role is:
• Qualifying fleet opportunities within a database
• Identifying sales and tendering opportunities for Hyundai
• Organising demonstrations of vehicles
• Creating Terms of Business and issuing to customers
• Supporting with Tender Submissions
• Booking appointments with people responsible for fleet and business decisions
• Supporting the field-based Corporate Sales Managers with diary and customer management
• Promoting Hyundai, giving fleet customers a fantastic experience of interacting with the brand.
Please note that this is a sales prospecting position involving telemarketing (phone and email).
Experience of automotive is welcome but not essential; we are looking for people looking to develop their career in Business Development (B2B). This is ideal ‘next step’ for someone who has gained some sales experience and is looking to work for a company passionate about staff development.
You should demonstrate:
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Sales experience, preferably gained in a B2B environment
• Strong administration experience; you should possess excellent attention to detail
• IT competence, particularly CRM (e.g. Salesforce / Sage CRM)
• Positivity and resilience; this can be a challenging role requiring patience and persistence
Overall, you should be passionate about service and capable of giving an excellent customer / client relationship service to Hyundai and their customers.
