Role Duties: Aftersales Coordinator
* Preparation and planning customer quotes from incoming inquiries
* Processing quotes, orders, purchase orders, prepayment invoices, invoices, repairs, and installations.
* Fast response required to achieve the department KPI’s
* Engaging in team calls with sales team and customers
* Management of key Customer accounts and attending Customer meetings.
* Scheduling of repairs and installations
* Efficient planning of the engineers’
* Handling customer complaints via email or phone with the utmost customer care and attention to resolve

* CRM, Outlook, Excel intermediate level, Google Earth Pro, Adobe Editor Pro
