Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a UK market leading Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom fitted furniture manufacturer, who are looking for an Account Manager to build and manage their key clients and customers in the North of England.
This is a permanent position offering up to £43,000 for the right candidate.
Your duties will include:
Building good working relationships with key OEM partners
Understanding the needs of partners by demonstrating our five fingerprints in your communications
Taking a strategic approach to the OEM sales journey and deliver an overall strategy that drives the sales of products and services across the sector
Regularly delivering updates of the agreed strategy to the management team
Motivating our OEM partners as a major component of their individual sales strategy, so as to increase both volume and turnover year on year and increase the market share
Developing inspirational ways to deliver the agreed sales strategy to continually keeping the company at the forefront of the salespeople within their OEM partners
Presenting the brand / product & services in a structured and professional way either face to face, video calls and by telephone
Proactively identifying sales opportunities to increase order value by recommending products / services, upselling and cross selling where required
Working to company agreed KPI measures including customer journeys, good planning, and communications
Following documented company sales process
Attending Exhibitions
This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as a Business Development Manager/ Area Sales Manager in the KBB Industry.
You should have:
Sales experience in the KBB industry
Business development experience in the KBB industry
Experience of managing key accounts
