Account Manager
£18,000 – £23,000 (OTE with commission £30,000 – £45,000)

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, motivated and target driven individual to join our financial services client in Milton Keynes. This is a young company that is experiencing extreme growth and as such, you'll be joining at a time when there's great earning potential in a role that includes uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
Calling potential customers to prospect for new business
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
Consistently improve knowledge of the finance products we offer
Creating detailed and accurate proposal documents
Remaining compliant at all times
Representing the company at trade exhibitions
Reviewing your own performance, meeting or exceeding targets The Successful Applicant
Excellent communication skills and the tenacity to keep going! (This job is at its hardest at the start and determination and drive is essential to succeeding)
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Self-motivation and a professional manner
Desire to hit and exceed targets
Good organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Sales experience is desirable but not essential
Literacy, numeracy and IT skills (minimum to GCSE level)
Driving licence and own vehicle is essential This is a heavily phone-based position. You will be expected to make a minimum of 100 calls with 2 hours spent on the phone per day. If you are not comfortable cold calling, please do not apply.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch break)
