Position: Account Manager (soft service, cleaning)

Salary: Up to £38,000 depending on experience, bonus, company car, laptop, mobile phone

Location: ideally located in either Milton Keynes, Coventry, or Nottingham

Hours: Full time & permanent

Our client is a leading multi-site service provider in the UK facilities sector, and they are looking to recruit a self-motivated, innovative and client focussed Cleaning Account Manager to be based around the Milton Keynes, Coventry, or Nottingham area. The Account Manager will be responsible for two Key Accounts who have over 40 locations in the UK and managing a team that is made up of 1 Area Supervisor, 7 Cleaning Supervisors and around 80+ cleaning staff

Responsibilities: –

* Monitor and manage all service activities across the allocated sites

* Regularly meet with their client to review performance & activities

* Manage the key account and all costs within budget and ensure the requirements of Health & Safety are followed

* Manage, motivate, and lead team to deliver KPI’s

* Ensure all site information is maintained & updated in accordance with procedures & SLA’s

* Lead and manage a team on all aspects of their roles

Requirements: –

* Multi-site cleaning management experience

* Cleaning background ideally in a service / logistics environment

* Excellent communicator with the ability to manage profit & loss

* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite with the ability to produce presentations, analysis and report on data and make recommendations

* Self-motivated, positive attitude & results driven

* Maintaining professional internal & external relationships
