Account Manager

£23k – £25k + Commission

Our client is creating a brand-new team and is therefore looking for pro-active, energetic and driven Account Managers to elevate company performance and increase revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing Sales network within one of the UK's leaders in their industry.

Focusing on B2B you will be responsible for growing accounts, the distribution of products, solutions and other related services.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the retention & growth of an agreed set of customers and establish long term, effective relationships with them, mainly via telephone and virtual sales.

You will also be expected to:

Achieve set profitability & revenue targets.
Generate new spending accounts.
Attend sales meetings and prepare requested information.
Create and maintain relationships.
Complete weekly sales reports and follows up leads generated through marketing activity.
Take charge of your personal development and contribute to the evaluation of performance.
Observe Health & Safety policy and procedures.

We are looking for:

A motivated self-starter who is eager to create and maintain meaningful sales relationships and liaise with other teams within the business.
A passion and enthusiasm for increasing customer spend & engagement primarily via telephone calls & virtual meetings.
Attention to detail – particularly when creating and maintaining accurate customer records.
Experience in a similar proactive sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills – delivering the best customer experience possible.
