Account Director
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to manage the client relationships and sales development working across a range of clients and accounts within our business.
ROI provides outsourced sales and marketing solutions to help corporate clients grow their B2B sales, predominantly in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
• Building, managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the client business. Internal networking is a particularly important aspect of the role
• Overall responsibility for the performance of the contracts through the operational team
• Working closely with client stakeholders to identify solutions to problems and opportunities to grow sales
• Working on pitches / tenders for new work and renewals of existing contracts
• Reporting results and genuine insight to clients to enable them to use a data-led sales strategy.
We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Director, preferably with a strong track-record in a business services / outsourcing or sales support environment. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate:
• Excellent communicators with the gravitas and experience to work at senior level with existing and prospective clients
• Experience and the credibility to work with blue-chip companies with complex structures
• A strong sense of personal drive and accountability. Clients should feel excited about working with us and feel confident in your ability to handle their accounts
• Excellent presentation skills
• An analytical approach to presenting information; experience of using a data-led approach to designing a sales strategy would be advantageous
• Strong IT skills with experience of using CRM technology (e.g. Salesforce)
