Account Director
We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Director, preferably with a strong track-record in a business services / outsourcing or sales support environment.
ROI has an excellent track record of innovation, and you will find that our approach will give you excellent support and career development. You will be set up to work remotely (this role has a national remit) and trained accordingly during the current coronavirus outbreak. You’ll be supported by a skilled and passionate delivery team. Working with brand new clients; you will have a key role to play in our future strategy
Account Director Responsibilities:
– Working with the head of Sales to assume responsibility for newly won business.
– Working with the Operations Director and Head of Sales to seamlessly onboard new clients.
– Overall responsibility for the performance of the contracts through the operational team.
– Building rich, meaningful relationships with clients; they should enjoy working with us and should feel confident in our ability to support their businesses.
– Identifying issues and working with the operational team to identify opportunities for account growth.
– Reporting results and genuine insight to clients to enable them to use a data-led sales strategy.
Account Director Requirements:
– We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Director, preferably with a strong track-record in a business services / outsourcing or sales support environment.
– Excellent communicators with the gravitas and experience to work at senior level with existing and prospective clients.
– A strong sense of personal drive and accountability. Clients should feel excited about working with us and feel confident in your ability to handle their accounts.
– Excellent presentation skills.
– An analytical approach to presenting information; experience of using a data-led approach to designing a sales strategy would be advantageous.
– Strong IT skills with experience of using CRM technology (e.g. Salesforce).

So far we have experienced fast growth within the team and have been able to secure several exciting contracts. As a result, we seek an experienced B2B Account Director to manage and develop the client relationships with the aim to grow the accounts.
Location: Working from home / National
Salary: Up to £60,000
Contract type: Full time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
