Job Title: UX Design Specialist

Job Purpose
As an UX Design Specialist, you will be responsible for the look and feel across the websites based on user data. Using UX analytics tools, you will review customer online journeys, come up with solutions to keep them on the website and end their journey with a purchase. The role will involve running A/B tests on our websites in order to try more innovative ideas to optimise our websites. You'll also collate customer feedback and surveys in order to troubleshoot potential issues and improve customer's online experience.
Not only have an eye for design and understand the brand, but you'll also be customer focused. You will have a passion for making the customer's journey online as pleasant as possible. We're also looking for an individual that will fit in the team and organisation's passionate and fun ethos.
Responsibilities
Updating pages on the website to maintain the brand guidelines and values as well as improving the usability for customers.
Review customer journeys in order in improve their experience.
Running A/B tests across our websites and doing follow up analysis.
Collate customer feedback and results from surveys to improve areas on all websites.
Work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising and Trading teams.
Liaise with agencies and third parties to complete tasks and achieve goals.
Represent the online team to wider business stakeholders.
Aware of online best practices in terms of usability, accessibility and SEO benefits.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience working on digital design.
Previously worked in Ecommerce (ideally retail).
Good understanding and experience of using analytics tools.
Familiar with wireframing/prototyping and web design tools.
Excellent influencing skills and comfortable communicating at a senior level.
Web Design tools – Photoshop and Dreamweaver (basic HTML & CSS essential).
Wireframing/Prototyping tools – Adobe XD and Figma.
Demonstrate ability on Google Analytics.
SAP Hybris (not essential).
10. A/B Testing Tools – Google Optimize (not essential).
