Supply Chain Team Leader

You need to have a strong focus on customer service, have a natural inquisitiveness whilst being extremely organised, logical and methodical.

Proven stock control performance & team management experience would be beneficial.

You will be analytical, have strong commercial awareness and be driven to innovate and improve processes.

This position would suit someone with a natural desire for learning, and continuous improvement.

Experience with SAP or similar MRP system is a requirement.

key duties :

To build and maintain Critical Date Paths for annual supply to your accounts, ensuring that all touchpoints to the brokerage team are briefed and that other departments provide the team with all necessary, validated documentation to the agreed specifications and by the due date.
Ensure that all brokerage events across your business stream are delivered by the team on time, in full, to the agreed brief and fulfilment KPI.
To analyse, interrogate and validate sales analysis and product performance provided by the team to present to the business along with future recommendations.
To provide second-level support to the team, driving improvements & efficiencies in the brokerage process.
To have a complete understanding of the accounts that you are responsible for, their operating processes, event cycles and category management requirements to ensure you can be effective in supporting the team.
To maintain appropriate and professional working relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. Communicating clearly and concisely to ensure the business are aware of any issues in the supply of brokerage stock or components that will affect event launches or replenishment supply.Role advertised: 21 September 2021
