We are now seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team, working from our Milton Keynes office and remotely.

The Role
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing our world-class supply chain function to deliver aggressive, profitable growth.
Specifically, you will build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, seek to improve the performance of current suppliers and evaluate the suitability and capability of potential new supply partners.
Your role will also involve:
– Negotiate supply contracts and SLAs
– Ensure the supply chain is receiving the correct information
– Make sure significant purchases are analysed and negotiated prior to ordering
– Analyse costs and negotiate price rises and ensure we are getting good value
– Identify areas for potential savings, research alternatives and run pricing exercises
About You
To be considered as a Supply Chain Manager, you will need:
– At least three years’ progressive and successful experience in international supply chain management, preferably with engineering or construction related components
– Experience in sourcing a wide range of engineering components and the employment of quality assurance systems to maintain traceability and quality standards
– Experience in supplier performance management with measurable improvements achieved
– Experience of developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers and negotiating multi-million pound supplier agreements
– Experience with ERP or Supply Chain systems
– A qualification in Supply Chain Management
